people, "snuck" is nonstandard

Please excuse this need I have to share every quotidian detail of my life now that I'm on Summer Break. After a sumptuous seafood dinner prepared by Grammy (thanks for the deluge of recipes, by the way; I ended up going to my mom's and letting Scott forage for leftover pork chops), I'm off to Coffee or Tea (huge treat for me) to get the fixin's necessary for a night of verbiage. Yiiii, excitement.

Tomorrow Mart and I will be working, then HIKING (yes again). Goal: 35 minutes up, 30 minutes down. We'll play it by ear though, because supposedly tomorrow's a full trail day (dragging some of Mart's friends, so might want to make it worthwhile for them).

OK, gotta go ref a wedding "discussion." Outtie.

Corrections. It was Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, not Coffee or Tea, and I never made it there, because the wedding discussion ("Rehearsal Dinner Follies") got way out of hand, and to blow off steam I took Bentley for a walk and found a hungry kitten who wanted to play. She followed us home and I sneaked her a can of Friskies from the pantry. And that was my evening. Hopefully by 'Fess Up Friday I will have more to report than "Played with a cat and therefore got no writing done."
