the sunday evening post
Does anyone else feel like the weekend was at least 12 hours too short? I feel oddly shortchanged and a bit rushed.
:P
Tried to do a day-in-the-life photo thing, but ended up with a morning-in-the-life and a couple of afternoon shots. Note to self: next time, charge battery the night before.
Conference week!

glad you were taking pictures while your brother was trying to unlock the car. teamwork! nah, there's a method to unlocking doors but with cars it's difficult and each type/year has either own weaknesses. so what happened with the car keys? what about backup keys?
I am the family historian. Therefore, when others work, I document. Hehe. Kidding - I did my share of searching through poop-filled bags of trash.
It wasn't that hard, btw, to get into the Camry. Squeezed a wire hanger in at the top of the window, mashed down the doorlock. OK, it took a long time, but conceptually, it wasn't all that hard to break into the car.
The hard part was finding out that the keys weren't inside, swallowing the fact that they had most likely been stolen, and shelling out $145 for a locksmith to perform his magic.
ah. that sucks. sorry to hear that. that's why i don't have a car worth stealing. was that $145 to change all of the doors and stuff that the keys go to? Or was it just the car keys? Cuz you know... i'm just saying. i kinda like you and it would be sad if i had to start reading other people's blogs.
