Swimmage: Back up to 300 m. Upgraded my speed from retarded sea snail to polliwog (and with my poor stroke technique, that's probably what I look like - all squiggles). Made sure to alternate breaststroke with freestyle, every other lap, to save the arms.

Today I did NOTHING I said I was going to do (hike, read, back bookshelf.) But I did throw in a bonus load of laundry, have lunch with my sweetie (Taishoken), and go swimming. Got a Tong mtg tonight (love those Chinese buffets) - hope I don't fall asleep in my almond float.
