bhs july 5

Kuliou'ou VI: TENTH hike up; 7th halfway; 6th of the summer; 4th timed trial. Forty-three minutes up and a nice slippery run down. Followed the good doc's orders and had some yum-yums and lots of water upon return. We got MUDDY - the water ran brown as we showered off the hike. (Kona still has mud between his toes but that is No Man's Land - you can touch him anywhere but there - so I guess we'll just have to deal with it.

Off to lunch!
