hehe. KOPS huh? well, it's part of community-oriented policing or COP. in class when they ask what COP stands for, being the geek i am i refer to police academy 6, citizens on patrol. sorry, thought i'd share that tidbit.
If they kids were smart, they'd run in a zig zag pattern to evade the KOP golf cart pursuers. The KOP golf cart is not equipped to handle the sway load of 2 fatties.
