Our regional McMenu items (portuguese sausage, saimin) seem weak in comparison to what the UK's got: toasted deli sandwiches and porridge. Oh yeah, on the Eastern seaboard you can get lobster rolls and crabcakes, and in Wisconsin you can get Johnsonville brats. The disgusting-sounding 500-calorie McFeast sandwich can be found in Finland, Sweden, Portugal, and Denmark. Surprise: You can get shave ice in Houston.
