So I made dessert tonight, from the "Silly Snacks" book I bought from the last school book fair. Yummy enough but not all that aesthetically pleasing. I think to prevent the color from running off the M&Ms and into the faces, the ice cream should be pre-scooped and re-frozen, and the M&Ms frozen as well, before pushing them in for the eyes and the nose. Also, you need tweezers to perfectly place those little whisker sprinkles, but I'm not Stepford enough to make that much of an effort, which is why the third mouse (front and center) has only one whisker on each side.
