save money, live better, blah, blah, blah.

Four times out of five, shopping at Wal*Mart puts me in a bad mood. Today it wasn't even W*M's fault.

- Waited a few minutes for the guy ahead of me to realize that just because someone has their reverse lights on does not mean that they are, any time this century, going to reverse.

- Heard a commercial on the radio in which a "veterinarian" claimed that her dogs were "literally and physically" larger than life. WHAT THE EFF?

- Waited at the photo counter for a customer to review every print in his packet before agreeing to pay for his order.

- Headed to checkout in a fluster and got stopped by a couple of Koreans who wanted to know if I was their countrywoman. "Are you Korean?" one asked excitedly. "No," I said grouchily. My cheekbones give me away, apparently. But I don't speak Korean (which is what I figure they wanted) so no seemed the simpler route to take.

My vacation's over. I'm facing a solid four days of uphill math and afterschool meetings. Boo, hiss.

see, i go to wally world with the intention of seeing these things. i love them! more fuel for the fire i say! otherwise i go at 2am to our nearby 24hr wally world.
and now that you mention it... you're cheekbones do say you're korean... i wonder... hehe.

oh, as far as reverse lights go... at least you weren't behind him at a stop light just wondering if he'll notice before or after he slams into the front of your car.
fyi, it was before for me, but still scary because someone was behind me and therefore blocked in.

and a question... uphill math? not familiar with it. is it based off of string-theory or non-linear equations? hehe. it almost sounds like you don't like math!
