Extended Spirit Week :: Day 5

"Science Day." Here are some helpful hints for anyone attempting to make ice cream with 23 kids on a Friday afternoon:

1) Make sure you have enough ice.
2) Ditto salt. Have LOTS of salt.
3) Don't cheap out and buy the economy ziplocs that will burst at the seams and send salty milk-water everywhere you don't want it.

And finally, a free bonus clue: It will not be fun.
