when it's all too much, don't be ashamed to seek a little happy news. or maybe watch some american idol. anything that packs a reminder that we're not meant to take every waking moment of this life so g'darned seriously. a little monday morning optimism for ya ... or am i just intent on keeping my sleepy head stuck in the nice warm sand?
